Applications Engineer

PDF Solutions is seeking an Applications Engineer to support Exensio Test Operation deployments at different customers worldwide.
Customers is a combination of IDM’s, Fabless, and OSAT. Activities include deployment of Test Operations infrastructure (Servers, cell controllers, data collection, installation
activities). Second level support for existing customers. Exensio integration into customer environment. Besides technical activities an important part is also managing the project
and to interface with the customer to maintain clear direction and focus. 

1. Configuration and deployment activities for Exensio Test Operations Server
infrastructure (DEX nodes).
2. Deployment and configuration of Exensio Test Operations Cell Controllers at different test equipment (Semiconductor test equipment) like Advantest, Teradyne,
and others.
3. Optimize data collection on customer test equipment for data completeness and
data correctness
4. Provide training, technical expertise, and support for clients
5. Travel to client sites worldwide to assist in developing, installing, and testing
software solutions
6. Collect customer requirements, document them, and discuss with team lead
7. Attend product demonstrations and take the lead for technical questions
8. Grow by improving skills and learning new ones, develop strengths, talents, and
expertise

Experience in semiconductor industry, specifically in test and/or assembly
operations.
 Knowledge about tester equipment, like testers, handlers, and probers
 Ability to work in both a collaborative team-oriented environment and remoteindependent environment
 Self-motivated and great organizational skills
 Fast learner and ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly
 Excellent written and verbal communications skills
 Able to read and write in English at a professional level
